“Second time staying at the Hillside. Love it here!! Spacious room with small couch, TV...comfortable, clean beds. Large shower, shampoo conditioner and body wash included & clean fluffy towels. Games under the beds for entertainment, patio with tables and chairs to lounge with partial view of the town. My only suggestion is if you drink coffee, bring your own sugar and cream. We'll book here every time!! You won't regret staying here!”

“Pool was very very hot ( we could not get in it) the hot spring pool was the reason for booking our stay.. it was also full of tree debris.. the front porch looked a bit worn and needed some upkeep … room was simple and clean … seems as though the hotels in Lava Hot Springs ID could use some freshening up… ”

It’s a lovely boutique hotel in a quiet town and a great base for touring the great places of SW Idaho, just 15 minutes from Lava Hot Springs. The hotel feels well cared for and clean. Oh and a neat coffee machine in the lobby. I would definitely recommend this place.”

“I paid for a 2 bed suite knowing I have 4 kids with me and upon check in was told the hotel over sold rooms and I was the lucky one to be moved to 2 separate rooms non - conjoining and quite a bit smaller. A heads up would have been nice so we could have planned accordingly. Not to mention, the walls are thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. I’m sure our neighbors didn’t help but either way, Request a top floor and bring earbuds.”
