Hotel a Ammon

“Hotel in zona tranquilla, stanza grande (avevamo una con due letti Queen), moquette a terra, stanza pulita, letti comodi. Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà con l'apertura e la regolazione della doccia, perché non funzionava benissimo, ma alla fine siamo riusciti. Fatevi dare una stanza più in alto, perché si sente molto la gente che cammina nella stanza sopra. Colazione discreta”

“Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. Bed was hard, which we like. Pool was nice. The tiles were very slippery when wet. I would suggest a nonslip surface in pool room. Good location. Would stay there again.”

“Love the location of the hotel. Close to stores and restaurants in downtown. The staff was very helpful, even the maintenance man. He checked on us just to make sure everything in our room was working appropriately. The rooms were very nice and comfortable.”

“There were a lot of dings in the hallway going to our room just making it look a bit rough. Our room had a weird smell. Something like wet paint but not? I don’t know. We were there because it’s close to the hospital so we had multiple other things on our minds to complain or deal with this.”

“The check-in was very easy and Amber was great. Our rooms were very spacious. We were impressed by the quality offerings and the selections at the breakfast. Staff at breakfast were polite and attentive to our needs. ”

“I chose this spot because I had already spent considerable time last summer in Idaho Falls for work and wanted something different than the hotels that line the falls downtown. I just happened upon this while on Expedia. Looked cool as hell. And indeed it was. I liked having my own little house in a peaceful and well designed setting. Plus, it was very convenient to schedule a massage at the spa and walk over there when the time came. Indoor heated pool was very relaxing. Highly recommend.”

“Room was clean, staff were friendly. Shower was great. Bed was terrible. Hard as a rock and advertised a queen bed but a small queen, possibly a full. The terrible bed ruined the night sleep making for very tired driving with back and neck aches for most of the day”

“Hot tub jets still don't work (stayed here last year); breakfast buffet is okay, but the order menu is seriously underwhelming.”

“Website should have mentioned that 1st floor was unavailable due to construction. Helping my elderly Father to 2nd floor from 1st floor was difficult with the location of usable elevator. In addition to staff loudly chatting near front desk about the awful patrons that rip beds apart and leave towels on the floor and overfilled garbage cans.”
