“very good location next to Aviemore”

“Not our normal sort of place to stay but ideal for our circumstances. Lovely facilities and folk staying at the same time. Good self catering shared kitchen though only as we left did we tumble to the fact that Helen had provided some communal consumables in the kitchen - our loss.”

“The bathroom was clean, and the bed sheets were clean, with a lovely smell even in the morning. Heating was on all night, so it wasn't cold in the morning, and after skiing at Glenshee, that warmth was lovely. The fireplace downstairs was so good, and we had a nice chat and watched TV. Great breakfast, and we also had dinner. I got lovely lasagna. The breakfast room looks lovely with a lot of paintings. Books are around, and a lot of small details. “Easy to check in. Access was via a door code that you get sent on the morning of your stay, so you could come and go as you please. Easy to park right outside the door. Amazing location for access to the centre of Aviemore. Everything was in walking distance. Nice room with a kitchenette. The only issue was the noise from some of the other rooms. I'm not sure if the walls are thin or we were just unlucky with noisy neighbours! I would still stay again though! ”

“Struttura di 3 stelle ma con i prezzi di un 4 stelle. Per quello che l'hotel offre, tolta la posizione dominante sulle Angus glens, trovo che il prezzo non sia giustificato. Se si sta più di una notte non vengono fatte le pulizie in camera, non c'è un frigobar con delle boccette d'acqua nelle stanze, e se vuoi l'acqua la devi pagare a parte. Anche la colazione è davvero molto povera per quello che uno paga. Sinceramente non ci tornerei.”

“Staff are great and helpful. Our room, on the second floor, was too far away to get internet to make the smart tv function. Our room was quite noisy facing the road and the railway. Other than those small gripes it’s a lovely friendly place with a good breakfast. The staff did all they could to fix the TV problems. ”

“The Morlich was closed for the night I booked, stayed in a different hotel on the complex. Room clean and tidy. Didn’t use the dining facilities, breakfast at £25 a head too expensive even though I can claim it back.”

“The hotel was in a good location, a bit run down and dated. Hairdryer in the room didn’t work, the window sil was loose and the sofa bed was horrific! My 2 kids had terrible sleeps both nights. I wouldn’t say it was worth the £355 we paid for 2 nights. We’d expect much better quality for that price. ”

“Lovely hosts and lovely place, room was very spacious with a comfy bed, tea and coffee set available in the room. We had a very special stay to the B&B. Breakfast was fantastic with fresch products and cooked very well. We recommend absolutely the B&B for your stay in Aviemore!”
