“We really enjoyed our stay at Cedars of Williamsburg. We will definitely return if we are ever in the area again. Alex and his team were exceptional and made us feel at home and welcomed. We arrived early, and they assisted us with putting our bags in our room. Breakfast was outstanding. Check-in/check out was seamless. “The property is dated, but clean and comfortable...stayed here previously & will stay again. The rooms need updated refrigerators with automatic ice makers, as the two available ice machines were broken. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The property has lots of parking available and is a very convenient location. The outdoor pool was a big hit with many guests, and the elevators in each building were much appreciated & during this miserable heatwave the room AC units worked flawlessly....

“Beware there are other hotels much better to choose from!!!! NOT up to Marriott standards. This is such a poorly managed hotel. Have been coming to Williamsburg 28 years. Everyday breakfast items out (different times) , not being refilled, No coffee. Check in rude, sarcastic and condescending, could not wait for shift to end. Furniture damaged, TV stopped working. Stayed 4 nights and housekeeping came in once.”
