“Loved this hotel. It has everything you need. The beds were so comfortable. We did have to walk down the hill for evening meals but there are many options within 10 minutes. The staff were so helpful and we could leave our rental car in a gated parking lot. Our room was upgraded to a lovely suite. Would stay here again. ”

“The apartment was extremely clean and serviced regularly. I really appreciated finding such a nice accommodation that allows dogs (including an extra cleaning fee). It would have been nice if parking spots had been included in the price; this was the only downside.”

“Able to check in early. Convenient and ample parking. Short drive to Karlovy Vary. The only drawback is that my room was on the ground floor and along the path to the hotel lobby, so it’s noisy when guests chats while walking or dragging luggage. And the lack of privacy means curtains were always drawn.”
