“Pretty good room. Seems clean and tidy. Fixtures/bathrooms good. Includes small refrigerator and microwave. Only oddity is that the wall opposite the beds doesn’t have a dresser of any sort. So, no drawers. It was probably done this way to give more openness to the room, which it does, but it also makes the room look a bit bare. Check-in was quick and painless. Beds seem clean and comfortable (haven’t slept in them yet).”

“the first night was great and i paid online the second night to get my points on the app and i thought it would be cheaper and then the guy told me that i reserved the wrong room so i asked if i could just pay the difference thinking it would be less than $10, but the guy charged me $54 something abt an early check in, like what? i was alr there, why would i need to check in??? but being that it was my mistake thinking that these hotels were happy abt participating in these hotel apps, they get...

“Great location, Ruby Falls and Rock city within 10-15 minutes drive, several restaurants and walmart within 5 minutes drive, many gas stations around, safe area, plenty of free parking, nice friendly and helpful staff, clean, quiet comfortable room, comfortable bed, nice breakfast, good amenities, clean bathroom, no hot water problem, Airconditioner/heater worked well. Will stay again.”

“We enjoyed everything about this hotel. The location was great for downtown activities. The pool was good for our 2 and 4 year olds. There was a variety of good breakfast selections.”

“Having an option for milk would be nice for lactose intolerance. Almond milk is a good option. Also the toilet paper holder in room 202 is loose and turns.”

“We were in town visiting family and the young man working the front dest allowed us to check in early and was very much appreciated. The hotel is very nice and clean. And location was great! The only problem we had was people making noise at 4am right above our room and we called front desk and they took care of it. Overall very good stay !”
