Hotel a Jasper

“Advertised on Expedia as room for 5 adults. Clearly was not as only 2 beds and no couch or roll away. Power went out preventing hot breakfast. Staff sat scrolling on phone rather than trying to help guests. Could have set out things that didn't require cooking.”

“This was the most disgusting hotel I've ever been in. First, its signage shows Pipestone Inn, nothing about OYO. We had to call to let him know we were even there! The smell was awful when we first walked in and a sign on the desk showed "We are apology for no cable TV in motel". We checked in anyway hoping the room would be ok. It WAS NOT!! There weren't pillowcases on the pillows, and they all had yellow stains all over them. The mattresses looked about 30 years old and didn't fit the beds....

“Very easy to check in when I arrived and the staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was easy to find, very clean and even though the parking lot was full of cars, the halls were very quiet.”

“Our room was only half painted. The fixtures looked ancient. I saw a red stain on the wall in the bathroom. The breakfast space was so cramped we could barely move between the juice and the waffles. Choices were very limited. When we arrived, we dialed 0 to get the desk manager. When she answered, her first words were “oh no.” The key to our room did not work, but the desk manager resolved the problem quickly.”
