“Horrible customer service. We arrived at midnight to check in and were not informed that there was any construction going on. At 7am we’re awaken by loud construction on the roof we were on the third floor. I called the front desk and asked if there was construction going on since it was loud which she confirmed and she didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience nothing she just stayed quiet. Toilet was broken and tv did not work.”

“Rooms were very clean, don't let the age of property fool you, rooms are very clean and bed had great mattresses, very comfortable.could of had better selection of TV channels, but all in all great visit, will book again”

“As soon as we walked into the hotel room it was very small, a lot of flies were in the room my fiancee spent like 2 hours trying to kill them, there was mosquitoes and spider webs in the bathroom ceiling, bathroom window was ducted taped, and window seal bathroom dead bugs, pillows. We're very flat later on during the evening we called office staff for extra pillows , if you ask me it was very ghetto looking and very high price, looked like a prostitution hotel and druggie hotel very ghetto we...

“The property was beautiful with some very nice sitting areas. The pool was very nice & the room quite comfortable. The hostess Vanessa was welcoming & made a lovely breakfast each day with fresh coffee, baked goods & hot food. She went above & beyond to make our stay nice. We would definitely come again. There are some great restaurants in Gonzales as well. ”
