Guest house a Jefferson

“Toulouse room has great potential. It needs new carpet(or try cleaning current carpet) and the humidity wrinkled rug under the bed just needs to be removed to remedy the trip hazard it creates. The portable A/C unit worked well for us. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was mostly clean. It is good sized as is the closet. The bicycles weren’t rideable but owner said parts were ordered to fix them. Just fyi - We have heard from other BnB and VRBO owners that they eventually learned that...

“Peaceful and quiet little weekend getaway! Close to shopping and restaurants!”

“Cute cottage. Great location. We hope to return in the future. ”

“Nice, quiet place.”

“The cabin and location were perfect! It had everything we needed and was in pristine condition. We would definitely stay there again.”

“We only stayed one night (need to stay for at least two!) but everything was great. Easy to check in, easy to communicate, nice accommodations, close to everything there is to do in town. If you have a larger group this is good because most places are geared for couples.”

Underneath my bed was a hanger and some boards that must have been the bed...

“FIRST thing was no electricity on in the house when we arrived. We immediately called host who did not know why electric was off. We were able to open outside breaker box & turn it on. The place was large & old. We did not see any bugs while there, ac & heat was good. However house was right on Hwy 59, & the traffic noise was LOUD. We had brought a box fan & it did cut down on the noise. It was pet-friendly for our dog. NOW although the house was basically clean, it needs a good deep cleaning,...

“We loved it!”

“Great place to stay, very pretty. I only needed to call the owner once and she answered and helped us.”

“It was clean. It was quiet and peaceful. It was a very nice stay. And we saw some deer.”
