“My husband and I stayed here for a hockey game and it is a quick train ride to Blues or Cardinals games from SLU's campus. The building is beautiful and historic and the staff was friendly and helpful. It would be a fantastic place to stay if you were visiting the SLU campus and enjoying the theaters next door. The Inn is extremely clean. The rooms and the lounge were very charming. You park right out front for free. Wish we could have stayed longer. ”

“Cleaning needs help in the rooms and bathrooms. Room 511 hopefully is the smallest of all the rooms. You couldn’t use the chair fully with the desk and had to take turns in areas it was so tight. The staff was wrong about times for the Terrance bar and restaurant causing us to wait for that and then miss the downstairs restaurant being open so we waited a few more hours to find a place to eat. Simple mistake but that’s their job. ”

“Nice location. Plenty of trendy cocktail bars and dining in CWE. Clean room. Housekeeping refreshed every day, but didn’t replenish coffee, glasses or paper products. Water bottle filling station with ice maker in hallway was great. Walls super thin—heard everything from rooms nearby. ”

“If ww were stayed at Fifth Floor I would give five stars but footfall noise is quite critical. I suggest a renewal with carpet instead of compact vynil tiles”

“The front desk host, Erica was truly amazing. She made us feel welcome, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Having the shuttle take us to the hospital and back was so convenient. ”

Also, Liz, who works her rear end off at the morning breakfast is amazing— worth a good tip every day. Super disappointed, however, in the breakfast—NO fault of Liz or her crew that works for breakfast. Have been going to this hotel at least once a year for many years now. They always have various college, possibly high school teams in the Hotel. This year, the teams seem to be less...

“Upon arrival, we were greeted by an amazing employee April. She was handling a difficult call when we walked in, but still managed to make eye contact and address us until she could help. Once she finished, she processed us into the room quickly and efficiently all while chatting about the area and what we could do in the short time we did have. Such a pleasure to meet someone who enjoys their job and greets the customers with a smile. ”
