“The staff was very polite, helpful and efficient. The business center was great, no fuss no change - great for printing our boarding passes. The only thing I don't care for (and is common these days at hotels) is if you stay two nights you don't get housekeeping. So we made our own beds in the morning so that it would be comfortable when we returned in the afternoon. I asked for housekeeping, but it didn't happen. “Room was clean but had old musty smell. Pool closed but no notice online. Breakfast very carb high.”

“The room appeared clean. The shower had no caulk around the tub. There was no coffee pot in the room. The curtains were torn. A little TLC would have gone a long way. The decaf coffee was very tasty in the lobby. The front desk attendent was nice and helpful.”
