Reported to desk who said since third party that we needed to tell manager. Makes me think twice about booking through Expedia and also realizing management terrible at this hotel. We drove 8 hours and couldn’t take a nice shower ”

“The room smelled bad, carpets are very worn, burn holes on the sheets and comforter. The toilet sit very close to the shower wall (handicap room) and hard to get to the toilet paper. The air conditioner didn't work and it got warm outside and in the room. Jackie at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. Her customer service is impeccable and hard to find.”

The ground are nicely kept; the lobby is clean and inviting; and the room was very clean, comfortable, and the bed was perfect. The hostess for breakfast was very friendly and helpful. All things considered, I would stay here again over other hotels within a few exits on the interstate. ”
