“Ex motel. Bed comfortable, plenty of bright lights. Hot water very hot. Big shower with a non- slip mat for in the shower. Clean. Didn’t use air conditioner. Bedside lights easy to turn on (touch light). ”

“Well located a few km south of Shepparton on the main road into town. Only a few km from a small shopping centre. Set back far enough from the road that it was quiet, with a nice outlook over grass to fields. Good value.”

“Bunk beds incredibly uncomfortable and squeaky with every slight movement. Double bed quite comfy. Felt a bit unclean, very small unit but fine for a couple of days. Easy check in and out, secure access and a good kids playground. Shared amenities very clean and updated, shame the cabins haven’t been updated in the same way”

“Low cost value for money. Rooms with twin beds available. Will continue to book when passing through Shepparton. Freshly painted throughout. Rooms are small. Glass doors open onto well maintained lawn area with pool beind. Do miss the microwave. ”

“Very hard to get in touch with staff. Didn’t see any staff on our two day stay. Extremely loud property (which is due to location) Pool had algae on the bottom. Very tired accommodation- fine if you are desperate for a place to sleep. ”

“We stayed on a Saturday and the office closed at 5pm. There was an issue with the TV sound. I rang the motel number to get assistance but was put through to a call service. No-one bothered to ring me back so I had to sit on the end of the bed as I could barely hear the TV. The drinking glasses in the cupboard were not cleaned properly ( they had lip marks on them). The room was very small compared to every other Mantra I’ve stayed at. No counter to put your bag on in the bathroom. The towels...

“The room was clean, but cutlery could do with a serious washup. Amenities were great (tv, couch,bed, table and chairs) especially for that price point. Property is quiet and adequate number and size of parking spaces. Zero noise from adjacent rooms. Would stay there again.”
