“What Could Be Improved: There wasn't any soap or toilet paper provided. I didn't realize this until I needed to use the bathroom at night (I found a used bar of soap next to the kitchen sink and used a blank page of a television instruction manual as toilet paper then I immediately went to 7/11 afterwards during the night). There was a check-in delay due to confusion on WhatsApp, but owner got much better with using WhatsApp for remainder of stay. Only one towel and a small thin blanket...

“The hotel staff made you feel like family they are so professional with a warm feeling when you check in and throughout your whole stay they treat you so nice it was a pleasure staying there and I definitely will stay there again no other place in the whole town can come up to their level they are all five star”

“Piccolo albergo tutto in legno un po' lontano dalla cittadina, ma vicinissimo ad una spiaggetta libera. Il personale è molto accogliente e simpatico, oltre che professionale e disponibile. Pensano loro a prenotare i vari tours possibili, e vengono a prendervi direttamente in albergo. Il cibo preparato da loro è veramente buono e fresco. consiglio vivamente il soggiorno presso questa struttura. ”

“True/Facts: Our Room on the second floor does not have a working phone. It looked like a props/toy phone only. Very difficult for someone who is physically challenged with underlying conditions because if you need serv you have to walk down the stairs to go to front lobby. Management was informed but the service request was dismissed as unimportant. NO PETS policy but their own pets (cat/dog) roam around the property, even in their Cafe (Eagle's Nest) Alfresco where renters/transients eat our...

“Decent hotel, however many details can be improved, such as the window curtain that lets a lot of light come in since early morning. The bedside table doesnt have an electric socket. Even worse all electric sockets are far away from the bed, so you cannot charge your mobile phone, and there is no lamp close to the bed. Dont think order a pizza at the bar, chose something else And try to avoid the rooms at 7th floor, since the noisy restaurant is just above”
