“The hotel is just above the main bus station. Lots of bus with engine on for hours. In addition they suffer blackouts and have a suoer noisy generator. Internet very slow. Poor breakfast”

“What Could Be Improved: There wasn't any soap or toilet paper provided. I didn't realize this until I needed to use the bathroom at night (I found a used bar of soap next to the kitchen sink and used a blank page of a television instruction manual as toilet paper then I immediately went to 7/11 afterwards during the night). There was a check-in delay due to confusion on WhatsApp, but owner got much better with using WhatsApp for remainder of stay. Only one towel and a small thin blanket...

I was given a different place, a townhouse unit with a broken screendoor, defective hot water service, 2 cockroaches in the bathroom and a stinking drainage. I booked 2 rooms for two families. Two different booking numbers. When we arrived on the day, we were led to the townhouse unit and said that all of us would be staying in the same unit! “Though not too close to shops, we had a Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. You need to take a Grab ride or taxi to go to The city shops. Especially close to Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. ”

“The place had a nice hot water and we love the rain shower head. Staff members were very nice. The building and location are excellent! I am giving it a three star because the unit we stayed in had a sewer smell coming from the bathroom and kitchen. Pillows have bad musty odor. Some of the coffee mugs had broken handles. TV only had one channel. The overall unit is good. We had a ver nice stay. ”
