“Location was excellent. In the heart of the City but very quiet in the apartment. The only thing let us down was that (5 adults) and they left us only 1 toilet roll, 1 sachet of shampoo and no bottle of water to welcome the guest.”

“Yes! Very concerned that we had a smooth check in. Very thorough.”

“The hotel is just above the main bus station. Lots of bus with engine on for hours. In addition they suffer blackouts and have a suoer noisy generator. Internet very slow. Poor breakfast”

“What Could Be Improved: There wasn't any soap or toilet paper provided. I didn't realize this until I needed to use the bathroom at night (I found a used bar of soap next to the kitchen sink and used a blank page of a television instruction manual as toilet paper then I immediately went to 7/11 afterwards during the night). There was a check-in delay due to confusion on WhatsApp, but owner got much better with using WhatsApp for remainder of stay. Only one towel and a small thin blanket...

“Decent hotel, however many details can be improved, such as the window curtain that lets a lot of light come in since early morning. The bedside table doesnt have an electric socket. Even worse all electric sockets are far away from the bed, so you cannot charge your mobile phone, and there is no lamp close to the bed. Dont think order a pizza at the bar, chose something else And try to avoid the rooms at 7th floor, since the noisy restaurant is just above”

“Every thing is good except for the following: Confusions on the name of the property on the address that was advertised in the web I booked for a Mountain View but they gave us garden view .. no explanation whatsoever from the property manager. Advertised as luxury condominium/ apartment but I did see some unexpected turn off -dishwashing liquid placed on an empty Coke bottle . Bath and kitchen towels , rugs needs to be upgraded The building needs a touch up -”
