“Restaurant and café were also very good and a voucher towards the purchase was generous. The only thing was that the room was set to 65-68f and not changeable (thermostat control does not work). Even when I turned off the fan, I could feel cold air coming in. So it's perfect for people who like the room to be cool. But for me, it was VERY cold.”

“The apartment was great. It was plenty of room for 5 adults and 1 teen. The full kitchen was great and has everything we needed to cook meals. “Rooms and bathrooms smell like a fish market. Expedia messed up our prepaid rooms so we had to pay at the desk and now have to dispute the charges with expedia. Totally unacceptable. Even showing expedia confirmation and Amex debit the hotel nanager still debited my amex card again. How can you be satisfied paying double for such a poor room conditions???”

“The property was well maintained and cared for. Check in was quick and our room was ready early. I did have to go back downstairs to ask for our daily ice cream and water vouchers. If you need a luggage cart, you can ask for assistance at the desk and a bellman will bring it out to you or up to your room. “So convenient for shopping, eating. Great for family. Room amenities were limited. I broke a fingernail and asked front desk for an emery board; none. But, there is a convenience store in the lobby and so i was able to buy an expensive emery board. If I wasn’t so lazy i could have walked to the mall 5 minutes away and gone to Target or Long’s for amenities.”

“部屋に入った瞬間のヨットハーバーの景色は素晴らしかったです 夕日や夜景も最高です トイレやシャワーの水圧は問題無し キッチンの設備や調理器具等も整っていますが 使い始めに洗いが必要なものもありました 初めはありますが補充がないので 4泊以上ならシャンプー、トイレットペーパーは持参する事お勧めします コーヒーフィルターはあり コーヒー、砂糖、ミルク、塩、胡椒等なし 割箸、ラップは次回持参しようと思います イリカイの立地や雰囲気が好きで毎回利用します 静かに過ごせて、交通の便もよくワイキキやアラモアナにもすぐ行けます 今回、ホノルル国際空港からザバスのダブルラインでワイキキまで行きました 30分くらいで3ドルで行けます 駅入り口にHOLOカードの販売機があり、日本語での対応もできるので是非、チャレンジして旅の思い出にしてほしいです”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Geabd Waikikian. It’s been 15 years since our first stay, and the facility looks exactly like it did is 2011. We had great interaction with several members of the staff. Shizyu was so wonderful when we arrived at check-in, so much I had to say Aloha to her at our checkout. Mose was great at the valet area, his local tips were greatly appreciated. All in all we loved our stay here at the HHV and the Grand Waikikian.”

“Small but confortable rooms. Service at the reception is good and fast, while service and cleaning in the rooms is approximative; furthermore, you need to clean the kitchen. Location is very good, as it is close to Waikiki beach; small swimming pool but nice and clean. Value for money”

“客室に前の宿泊客の残した菓子袋が落ちていた、食べこぼし？と思われるベタベタした汚れがサイドテーブルに付着していた、など。設備は古く、シャワールームは狭い。ホテルのレベルとしては、中の下。”

“There was no staff. The front desk made absolutely sure that they would not give us any help as we were renting from a tenant. The glasses were filthy and the ironing board was sticky and unusable. It was in a great location for us and we only had to spend one night so ….. we wondered why they supplied us with earplugs and we soon found out the reasons. It was also extremely noisy! ”
