Hotel a Kampung Ayer Mati

“La posizione del hotel é buona. Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura perché trattandosi di un excelsior ci si immagina il top...invece no. La prima stanza assegnataci tutto sembrava tranne che superior, doccia senza box, tende oscuranti con buchi, controsoffittatura con macchie. Comumque ci facciamo cambiare la stanza ed otteniamo la superior da noi prenotata. Il personale é stato gentile e diaponibile alle nostre richieste. Colazione salata ok, ma la colazione dolce é inesistente.”

“Tower and bed lining can be better. Pillow cases also may need to replace. Shower curtains also. Overall still good giving the price of the stay ”

“Entrance to the accommodation was not easy to locate as I passed at least thrice before figuring out where it is. The front desk closes at 6pm and there isn’t a lift so beware not to carry too heavy. The stack where my room is not soundproof and was offered a family room upgrade on a different stack. Overall the stay was pleasant as it’s right in the middle of the new town and a tourist attraction with lots of local coffee shops. The room was rustic but clean with pleasantly strong air...

“Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, con camere e bagni pulitissimi e con aria condizionata. L'hotel dispone di un piccolo spaccio alimentare sempre aperto. La zona in cui si trova è piuttosto anonima con centri commerciali e fast food, ma si trova a un quarto d'ora d'auto dal centro di Ipoh”

“Walking space/field in front of hotel”

“A high quality hotel but unfortuantely when we requested for extra 2 pillows, we were given 2 pillows which has wrinkle pillow cases and smells awful. When we brought the pillows down to the receptionist, we were told to bring it back to our room and a dosmetic will bring us another pair of pillows. I think its unacceptable and felt that the receptionist should at least take the dirty pillows from me instead of asking me to bring the smelly pillows back to my room. Also not a word of apolgies...

“Average hotel but clean and quiet place. Good for family with kids. If u are dosabled, eequest for G floor room as they dont have elevatoes.”
