“The place that I stay it's like never been clean before guest come in, it's full of dust and sand even on the bed. The curtain at the porch very dirty and a little smelly and also please put roof at the toliet it's very uncomfortable when rain and u want take a poop for a while but u are drenched because of the rain like it is in the middle of the night and it's very cold. Otherwise all okay just the room it's a little bit uncomfortable for me, yes on the day we likely not in the room much. But...

“Very recent refit and the rooms are well appointed with a spectacular view of the golf course I’d definitely recommend getting a room facing the golf course. Otherwise the Oakwood lounge on the top floor offers the same views. It is well situated in the middle with Brinchang area north and Tanah Rata south of hotel. “The staff is very nice but you need give RM100 Cash deposit to check in. The deposit will refund upon check if no damage on the room or spilt any stuffs in the room. There will remind you via whatapp on delay on check out for an hour charge you RM50”

“De accomodatie is verouderd. Check-in proces duurt nodeloos lang. Handdoeken waren niet beschikbaar op de kamer en kregen we pas na herhaaldelijk vragen. Ramen zijn van enkel glas en condenseren. Douche was (in tegenstelling tot sommige andere reviews) wel warm. Continentaal ontbijt was niet echt de moeite waard (lokale warme componenten heb ik niet geprobeerd maar waren wel beschikbaar). De wandeling naar de theeplantage (gratis op woensdagochtend om 08:00 uur is leuk om te doen).”
