“It was quite dissapointing that we were late for check-in, but there was not anyone from hotel staff that would have contacted us to keep in the touch. In fact, when we were about an hour journey to arrive at the hotel, the receptionist called to let us know that she'll be out of shift soon and will just leave the room key by the reception counter. I find this very rude as a customer to be treated this way. The hotel management itself should have a replacement staff for the shift changing time...
“Un accueil au top, avec un personnel vraiment à l’écoute et de très bon conseil. Une personne a même pris le temps de nous accompagner pour trouver un taxi après notre séjour sur les îles. Je recommande vivement cet établissement, d’autant plus qu’il est situé tout près de l’embarcadère.
Mention spéciale également pour le restaurant, qui propose de très bons plats, aussi bien pour le dîner que pour le petit-déjeuner.

From Tropicana Inn it is possible to reach Long Beach in 5 mins and coral bay in 5 mins, which is perfect to visit around. We liked it!”
