“It was quite dissapointing that we were late for check-in, but there was not anyone from hotel staff that would have contacted us to keep in the touch. In fact, when we were about an hour journey to arrive at the hotel, the receptionist called to let us know that she'll be out of shift soon and will just leave the room key by the reception counter. I find this very rude as a customer to be treated this way. The hotel management itself should have a replacement staff for the shift changing time...

“I really liked Arwana and would stay here again. It’s literally right on the beach. The water is crystal clear and baby reef sharks swim around happily. Perhentian doesn’t have any roads so the hotel can arrange water taxis. We did the Redang island trip and the snorkelling trip, both arranged by Arwana and they were both excellent. Don’t go expecting a 5 star experience, but this hotel has a rustic charm, the room was nice and clean and the pool is a good size. It’s peaceful and exudes chilled...

“I would say this was with the cost for sure, but you get what you pay for. There was no sink in the bathroom and the toilet sprayer kept falling off. So it was worth it for the price tag but certainly not anything fancy. ”

“La struttura è vecchia e a tratti fatiscente con camere davvero molto sporche e per nulla curate. Non è prevista la pulizia della stanza né il cambio asciugamani; perciò dovrete espressamente chiederlo voi ogni volta. L’unica nota positiva è la colazione che offre una discreta varietà di pietanze dolci e salate. Personalmente non ci ritornerei e sconsiglio a tutti questo resort in quanto troppo costoso per la qualità offerta. ”

“Abbiamo passato nel complesso una buona vacanza presso la struttura. Ottima le spiaggie nei dintorni e la cortesia del personale . Da porre più attenzione alla manutenzione della struttura e alla pulizia ”

“Il Bubu Villa è fantastico, la struttura è ottima, noi avevamo il beach chalet n. 6 ed era speciale, con bagno tipico all’aperto e ben arredato all’interno. La colazione è divina, vi sono sia alimenti a buffet, che quelli espressi (consiglio pancake favoloso). Abbiamo pranzato e cenato per tutto il nostro soggiorno al Bubu Villa e devo dire che la cucina è ottima, abbiamo provato sia quella italiana, che malesiana, che alla griglia... tutto buonissimo.
