“It was a really good stay, and my kids loved the room so much—it felt very comfortable for our family. Easy check in. The location is very strategic, right in the middle of most attractions in Melaka, which made traveling around easy and convenient. I was also pleasantly surprised by the lift; it was much better than what I had expected from the Google reviews. It would be even more complete if there were a convenience store and a laundry place within the apartment.”

“The hotel location is a bit isolated especially without a car. The staff is very friendly . The rooms designed and built with wood cinder blocks are original yet poorly isolated . Next door their was a family with 2 small children and despite the obvious crying you could also clearly hear all that was going on , all sounds come through the ceiling rafters”

“Property is abit rundown. But the water park is the best ever for my kids. So many slides. I got one free ticket for the water park, courtesy of the hotel staff. Location wise, the hotel is very near to the highway exit but abit far from Melaka town. Will definitely visit again.”

“I booked a suite room, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The room was dusty and did not appear to have been cleaned properly. There were no towels or tissues provided in the room, and I had to contact housekeeping to request them. The pillows also had an unpleasant smell. At around 12:00 AM, the room experienced a power trip. After I called the front desk, an electrician was sent to the room. However, the issue was not fully resolved. “During my recent four-night stay. The Wi-Fi was consistently unreliable, and despite my reports, the issue was never addressed. I was further inconvenienced by an unannounced policy of changing credentials every Sunday, requiring a front desk visit to reconnect. Most critically, my account was prematurely deactivated on my third night. During this time, I could not contact staff because my in-room phone was non-functional. Additionally, my room keys frequently failed to work.”
