“Very nice hotel and friendly staff! Room was comfortable and whole resort area was very nice. Only problem was I had a light that I couldn't control and it would turn on and off all night. Seemed to be a motion sensor light that had broken or gone faulty. I complained and someone came to look at it but it didn't get fixed. Hope it was just something wrong with my room and not all!”

“Nice area, good size for 2 beds and has washer in suits. Also you can cook and has dining table. Nice design inside. But wishing it had the elevator. Very quiet and safe area. ”

“Excellent service and beautiful clean hotel. Breakfast was great 5* level.. Just a little far away from the central with road constructions going on around the area at the moment.. Otherwise, everything about this hotel was top notch. ”

“Room was very comfortable and clean. Plenty of hot water, toilet and shower worked great. Cleaning ladies were friendly. Hotel is definitely located in a poor, run down neighborhood. My only real issue was one or two of the girls that worked reception. If you asked for help or asked any questions, they acted annoyed and offered no help or assistance with anything. Very bad attitudes. Please don't interrupt their cell phone time, they will not be happy with you! ”

“15 mins from airport, at the entrance of Haiphong, far from anything in the city unless you take a taxi 15 mins ride. Small bar on the ground floor with good snacks. Breakfast ok for such an hotel. Good size room. There is also an in-house "casino" not very crowded. For one night stay good option, even if a bit overpriced for the location”
