Hotel a Lai Vu

“The hotel doesn’t have hot water. Agoda’s details have a breakfast, there isn’t have breakfast. I’m so sad.”

“The room is good, but the breakfast is quite disappointing compared to the reputation of the hotel. There is nothing around the hotel.”

“Good size studio but there was a smell of sewage , air conditioner was noisy and some small ants crawling near the sofa!”

“Check-in is painful (get to the door and phone them on WhatsApp, if you have data), the room wasn't very clean (hair throughout and dried urine on toilet), there was no soap, no toilet paper (at all), and a kettle with tea but no coffee. The owners were responsive and brought supplies. There is no door on the bathroom and a bath with a wand but no shower.”

“Very nice hotel and friendly staff! Room was comfortable and whole resort area was very nice. Only problem was I had a light that I couldn't control and it would turn on and off all night. Seemed to be a motion sensor light that had broken or gone faulty. I complained and someone came to look at it but it didn't get fixed. Hope it was just something wrong with my room and not all!”
