“-Swimming pool is poorly maintained. My kid got hurt with something very sharp inside swimming pool. Water was very dirty. - Person who is incharge of Safari, was charging too much higher charges than government approved rates over there. We ask him to cancel our tickets once we get to know that rates are higher. He asked for 3000 rupees towards the cancellation charges. “The property is good. However, we didn't get the rooms we booked for. We had reserved super deluxe rooms however on check-in the staff told us that's not possible and mentioned that they did not receive the booking in time from Expedia. “Despite pointing out a stained toilet seat and rusted health faucet, the hotel claimed they were running full and didn't offer a resolution. This property is well past it's prime - dust everywhere, musty towels et al. For the same price, we moved to Saj in the Forest nearby - would highly recommend everyone reading this review follows suit.”
