“I had an amazing stay at this resort! It is located a bit away from Munnar town, but do not let that worry you as this is beautiful part of Munnar. There are plenty of things to see and do in the area, and the resort itself has many options to pass the time. But the best part was the team here. Very professional and helpful! This was by far the best hotel I stayed at while in India as they made every detail count. For a really special stay, I highly recommend the pool villa! Fantastic...

The staff was excellent with customer service, the food was gourmet, and the design of the rooms and hotel itself is very considered in the lush setting. “Surrounded by lush forest and a well managed spice plantation, this hotel is in a gem of a location and is tastefully decorated and landscaped. We saw dozens of species of birds--from bulbuls to sunbirds--all through the restaurant windows. The service was good and the staff courteous, but make sure you confirm the type of room booked as there was some misunderstanding about the separate living room space. We did not get a room with a separate living room as indicated on hotels.com.”
