“My family (4 adult1 teen a 5 month) and I stayed 4 nights. Home is very roomy and welcoming. The home was so cozy we actually opted to cook there every morning and evening. Great distance to Austin where we spent most of our time. Quick 30 min drive. We picked this location because we also went to the Texas monthly bbq fest which was 25 minutes and also San Marcos was a short distance. “Huge house. Plenty of room for everyone. Second house unattached with gym and kitchenette came in handy to allow the younger adults some private space while the old folks hung out in the main house. The karaoke room and machine was a hit and will now be required for all future family gatherings. ”

“We had a great weekend. Enjoyed the backyard with putting green and fire pit. The layout was nice with a good size family room, the electric shades in the family room were a nice touch. Kitchen was good size and well stocked as was the coffee bar. Enjoyed the parks and pickle ball court in the neighborhood. Would not hesitate to stay there again if we need a rental for the family in Kyle. All questions were promptly responded to by the host.”

“We got there at night and had difficulty to find the room. We did know specifically, they would have names. We called the manager and he was very helpful.The house was amazing, super trendy and had all you need to spend time there. The trailers to sleep were so adorable and had air conditioner to make comfortable. The bed sheet was so soft. We loved the decor. This is the type of place we love to stay.
