Guest house nestled amongst 100 year old oaks with fun farm animals!

Beautiful large 2 bedroom guest house on 10 secluded acres. Nestled amongst 100+ year old oak trees this cottage is private and cozy. While you might feel you are in the middle of nowhere; you are actually so close to many adorable towns. 5 minute drive will take you to many wineries, breweries, and restaurants nestled in hill country. 15 minute drive will take you to Wimberly, Kyle, Dripping Springs, and Buda. Under 30 minutes to Austin, Canyon lake, and lake Travis, and San Marcos.
The house itself has a private fenced yard, patio and deck. Plenty of Heratige oak trees provide shade and a covered patio And fire pit allows for year round enjoyment. This limestone house has central heat and AC and a wood burning fireplace to keep you feeling warm and cozy in winter months, and a beautiful sunroom to enjoy the sunshine. Bedroom one has a king size bed, and the second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. The couch is a high-end sofa bed that turns into a king size bed for extra guests. Fully stocked kitchen has plenty of room for cooking and baking. We provide coffee and espresso as well. The bathroom has a large walk in shower as well as a tub/shower combo and plenty of space. Enjoy this space with friends and family or as a nice couples getaway in Texas wine country

*there is a beautiful luxurious swimming pool on the property which can be rented by the hour via the Swimply application or website. This is not included with your booking. To search the pool, type the location or zip code 78640 and find the pool titled ‘Epic Pool on a Ranch..’

Amazing Stay

We loved our stay at this charming guest house, surrounded by peaceful views and frequent visits from deer and horses right outside. The serene, quiet atmosphere made it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle—couldn’t recommend it more!

Farm Life

The guest house was roomy and clean. Nothing fancy, but it was as described. Very comfortable for my son and I. Farm animals made it a quaint and pleasant stay. Their dogs would greet us upon arrival.. We will be staying there again.

Relax in the wildflowers

This sweet farmhouse was spotlessly clean and provided a comfortable retreat for us and our old dog. We enjoyed strolling around the property and meeting the resident animals. The house is in a beautiful Hill Country setting, yet is not far from a number of good cafes, wineries, and breweries. We'd be happy to stay there again.

Great Escape!

We enjoyed staying here. It’s just far enough away, but close enough to be convenient. The animals were just precious! We loved being able to pet Piggy and the goats. Wish we were able to stay longer.

Lovely quiet setting in the trees

Very relaxing place to stay with all the comforts of home and plenty of space for my two small dogs to relax in a fenced yard and enjoy the surroundings. Property was one of the best I have stayed in. Lovely setting, big kitchen for meal prep, room To dine inside or out. Handicapped accessible shower and toilet is a nice feature and also ramp for entry. 5 minutes from the Hayes City Market which is a lovely place for a meal or cocktail. Would stay again!

Fantastic Family Weekend Getaway

Stayed over the weekend with my family. Great location, quiet and plenty of privacy. Farm animals were great for my son to see and play with. Host allowed us to take some farm fresh eggs while we stayed which was very nice for breakfast! I would definitely stay here again or recommend this location.

Texas Trip

Quiet country atmosphere and only a few miles away from sights and stores. Pluses were the full kitchen, laundry, patio and fenced in yard. It was peaceful to sit out on the patio with our two dogs secure in the fenced in yard. We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage.

Peaceful farm getaway!

We came to the area for my nephew’s wedding and needed a place we could bring our dogs. We absolutely loved this beautiful farm! We enjoyed seeing the chickens, goats and even a pig in the back. The property was well kept. We so appreciated getting to stay at this lovely spot off the beaten path. We also slept so well as a nice added bonus!

We loved our stay!

We loved being out on the farm and having the space! It was easy to find. The kids LOVED the petting zoo. The house was comfortable and quaint. We have no complaints.

Perfect!

Gorgeous property, perfect for visiting central Texas. Beautiful, fully equipped guest house, super quiet and comfortable. Three delightful dogs visited us every day, and there is a friendly pig, goats, and chickens to interact with. The guest house is completely fenced off from the rest of the ranch, so privacy is ensured. Streaming TV and surprisingly good internet are included. All in all, best lodging experience I've ever experienced!

Everything was AMAZING

Really loved the fact we could get fresh eggs out of the chicken coop every morning Fell in love with all the animals. Pig was my 😍 Giving them treats everyday was fun. We went to Costco and got carrots for the horses 🐎 It was a great place and really entertaining

Located on ranch next to homeowner. The house as described and handicap accessible which is plus for us old timers. Deer and farm animals to enjoy. Everything you need to cook but recommend if you cook bring your own spices needed. Recommend Hayes City restaurant and Whiskey Ridge restaurant. Make reservations for Whiskey Ridge for sure. Our little dog was able to run free thanks to fenced in yard. There are cockle burrows if you get in grass. Just peaceful and very enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here.
