“Clean hotel and rooms. Nobody at the front desk when we arrived after midnight. No bell. Staff not super friendly just ok. Driver of shuttle dropped us off at the wrong gate.”

“I found the hotel with a smart location: close to the airport, 20 min from Dallas, 25 from Forth Worth and next to a giant shopping center with several shops and attractions (Legoland, Bubble World, Peppa Pig, Acquarium, etc.). Breakfast was pleasant and satisfying. I found the staff very polite and attentive. The space in the bedroom is great, very large and comfortable. The most critical point for me: cleaning. “Room wise, it was amazing. We got a grand bear suite on the second floor, but it was totally quiet (despite sharing the floor with the main lobby and gift shop/starbucks). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. The waterpark was fun for our kids. I do feel like it was less crowded (Sunday-Monday in May before school gets out)- so I imagine our experience was unique.”

“I liked that the property is located close to the airport. The staff did not engage at all besides helping me with checking in/out. I was not provided any info regarding the gym, pool, hours of the bar and/or breakfast hours. The property advertises airport pickup/drop off but when I tried to schedule airport pickup I was told to call them once I land in DFW. I found that a bit odd and not convenient because this could have been scheduled prior hand but instead they advise you to wait...

“The room was clean and ready when we checked in. We did have a 2 bedroom/2 bath, but one of the bathroom toilets was clogged when we arrived. We did call maintenance (it was late when we checked in, so we did not expect for it to get handles that night, but the front desk personnel informed us that someone would be there around 8am. When we came back the following evening, the toilet still was not functioning properly.”
