“Positive: Very nice property in a lovely location; kayaks and paddle boards available free of charge, clean comfortable rooms, hot showers with strong water pressure, good breakfast Negative: We booked a room with full board but were told upon arrival that the hotel did not even offer full board, that just breakfast was included. Hotels.com needs to look into this issue!! Water in both pools had an oily surface, not entirely clean.”

“We had a great stay, staff was excellent, delicious breakfast, laundry service for extra $ if required. Walking distance to the Main Street where we spent most of the time. Great recommendations for excursions and helpful to get taxis. ”

“We absolutely adored our room, the natural beauty of the trees and views surrounding the property, and the warm hospitality of Marcia and Miguel. We truly felt at home, and the breakfast was simply wonderful! I especially enjoyed the pitaya chunks in the morning, and the brown muffins with their delightful cacao flavor were a treat.”

“Our family loved this hotel for its colonial charm, walkability to the center of town and to various restaurants and coffee shops. There is a great restaurant that is associated with the hotel that also served a great breakfast. The pool was refreshing. The front desk staff was very helpful in recommending activities. Great laundry service. The room was a nice respite from the heat and with good air conditioning. If you want to see the lively local market, there are a number of vendors only...

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally attentive and always willing to help with anything I needed. The food was delicious, although breakfast options were somewhat limited. However, there are plenty of great places nearby where you can enjoy a tasty meal. The hotel was spotless and felt very safe. Best of all, it’s centrally located within walking distance of everything. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay here again.”
