“Super séjour. Famille très accueillante qui tient l’hôtel. Super chambre, vue montagne, les lits sont très grands, les chambres aussi. Très propre. L’hôte est très disponible. Petit déjeuner à la carte, très arrangeants sur les horaires. La famille fait également à manger et c’est très bon.”

“There was actually a mixup with my booking and I did not stay at this homestay. I was contacted after I made the booking to explain that there had been an overbooking and I was offered to stay at the family’s other homestead just down the road. The Sam Home was a very new and beautiful property. I enjoyed my own bungalow and had a choice of breakfast beside the beautiful pool. “I had a great stay. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Rooftop infinity pool was perfect, and was a bonus to have all to myself, great view of the mountains and some rice fields blowing in the wind. My room also had a great view of the mountains, large windows even in the bathroom. Great location just outside of town (5 minute grab ride to town) yet very close to some attractions, was a very nice break from the chaos. Wish I stayed longer, but i just used it as a stop...

“This property was clean and well run. The morning breakfast buffet was delicious and had a lot of variety of different foods. The staff were very friendly. The location was very convenient as it's right down the road from the Bai Dinh Pagoda. I'd happily stay with them again on my next trip to Ninh Binh.”

“Ngoc is the main reason we loved this place . She is a very nice person despite of Barrier of language. The location is quiet very good view not so far from touristic sites by grab ( 10-15 min) . I recommend it for sure as one the best value for money option in Ninh Binh”
