“The room was clean and quiet. I also loved the location. The only issue I had was that the stovetop did not work. I tried to send a picture, as suggested but I didn’t hear back.”

“We stayed here last year and noticed the difference between the two. Our room had no air conditioning as it's controlled by the front desk and when we asked for it to be turned on they told us they would but never did and recommended we open a window. This was not the case last year. We had two rooms and both sinks were clogged. Parking is difficult at times. Positives - our room was clean and the location is fantastic!”

“Très belle chambre avec du cachet (mur de brique, volets en bois naturel aux fenêtres). Propre, bien aménagé et entretenu. Literie confortable. Tranquille (côté cours) même si c’est situé au cœur de l’action en plein dans le Quartier Latin… tout se fait à pied… café, resto, terrasses, bar, bistro… À quelques pas de la station d’autobus centrale. ”

“Albergo in posizione stupenda affacciata suk vieux port e sul San Lorenzo. L'accoglienza della manager del servizio prenotazioni di nome Margherita è stata davvero unica.Fa piacere sentirsi ospiti ben accolti e non dei semplici numeri.Ricevuto upgrade pur avendo comunque già acquistato la camera vista fiume (camera con metratura leggermente superiore). La stanza è comodissima e in perfetto stile. Come potete leggere da altre recensioni è meglio non essere al quinto piano per il possibile rumore...

“Location ottima, stanza molto bella e spaziosa, bagno grande con doccia . Negativo: 2°piano senza ascensore con rampe di scale ripide e scomode, il tutto non segnalato se non il giorno prima di arrivare. Scorretto.”

“This was a wonderful hotel and exceeded all of my expectations! The bed was so comfortable, the Le Labo products were amazing and the staff were awesome. Rooftop bar was super cute for a little mid day or sunset beverage. I will be recommending this hotel to friends and family in the future!”

“Great location in the old town. Everything was much appreciated. We got some concerns : 1) check in 16.00 it’s really late (first time it happens) 2) not having the breakfast in the building it’s a minus from my prospective 3) MAIN : so many noises especially during the morning. Works outside start really early and the glass are soooo thin! Unfortunately always wake up with noises around 06.30am 4) no cleaning room - costs 9 5 dollars ”

“Clean and renovated rooms. Bathrooms were clean. I did find two strands of other people’s hair in my bed but overall it was good. The ceilings were not renovated but it didn’t matter too much to me. Location is really good as it intersects three of the four metro lines. Not a busy or loud area so good for rest at night. Mostly students in the neighborhood so it was quite safe.”
