“It's a decent property. Staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Food is good. Room and toilet very clean. They have a cafe where they keep extremely delicious cream rolls. It's definitely not worth 4 stars accreditation. Wifi hardly worked. TV was so small that I wondered why that was even kept. My booking voucher said they bed size was such that 3 people can sleep. In reality it was barely good enough for 2 people to squeeze in. Location wise it's a hassle to go to MG market. Atleast I...

“Excellent hostel ”

“Hotel was good and reception was very good. However I noticed two things that could be improved. We stayed for a couple of nights. The bed was very soft and was giving a back ache. It would be good for one night stays but for longer stays, the beds are soft. Second was the bathrooms didn’t have floor towels or mats. After the shower the bathroom floor gets wet and has high probability of slipperiness. Not good for old people. ”

“I arrived at 21.00 to find the place deserted. No phone to call. A kindly resident of the building helped me find the manager, a young boy who knew nothing of my coming. My booking either vanished or.. This is unforgivable. The room itself is OK but the place is like a morgue and no staff most of the time. Hotels.com should not take bookings for this place. NB. Despite being called a guesthouse they don' t clean the rooms, so it is more like homestay. ”
