“Lovely and cozy place, good for any type of visitor. Location is ok but not great; if you want to walk to old Ipoh distance is short but the walk is not pretty, for the first half. Anyway, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel a lot in spite of its few flaws. Then again, price was pretty good, so few small flaws can be accepted.”

“La posizione del hotel é buona. Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura perché trattandosi di un excelsior ci si immagina il top...invece no. La prima stanza assegnataci tutto sembrava tranne che superior, doccia senza box, tende oscuranti con buchi, controsoffittatura con macchie. Comumque ci facciamo cambiare la stanza ed otteniamo la superior da noi prenotata. Il personale é stato gentile e diaponibile alle nostre richieste. Colazione salata ok, ma la colazione dolce é inesistente.”

“Nice small hotel. Staff were friendly, easy to checkin. Room was clean, cozy and aircon was in order. The toilet wall paper not so nicely done as wear off. Once you shower, the whole toilet flood with water. A bit of flies in the toilet, like those you find near banana. Toilet have all the things you need like toothbrush, hairnet, shampoo etc. Room was clean up daily. Breakfast was good. Had Nasi Lemak, roti prata, noodles, bread with jam, coffee/tea, fruits etc. Go anywhere by grab was cheap...

“Decent hotel for one night stay for the price that I’m paying so you pay for what you get. Overall ok location though not sure why the reception isn’t at the front of the building next to the road but one has to walk down an alley to another building. The building has seen better times and definitely would do with some renovations. Basic cleanliness but the sheets had lipstick and dirt stains, and bed was pretty rock hard. ”

“We love the Tudor! It was so beautifully decorated for Christmas when we visited in end Nov. Felt like we are in European hotel. The staff we met are all friendly and helpful. We stayed in the duplex room with the attic and it was a nice experience sleeping in the tudor attic. We will certainly visit again!”

“The frontdesk staff especially Selvam was very accomodating and also generous with the bottled water giveaways. The room was clean and the AC was freeeeezing just like a Proton Automobile. Don't expect 5 star facilities as this is obviously a budget hotel and you'll be fine. The bathroom could use a tune up as some of the equipment inside were reaching their end-of-life. Would come back again.”
