“On first day, our rooms were pretty much unclean. After a serious conversation with management they started cleaning rooms more adequately and daily. Water was warm just between 6am and 10am. If you needed/wanted to take a shower at any other time, you needed to ask for hot water and it would take 10/15 minutes for them to warm water again. Breakfast was ok, but not fit to American palate. We had prepaid for the entire trip in advance but had to leave 3 days earlier. We asked for a refund, they...

“Ho trascorso qui le mie prime 4 notti a Delhi. Lo staff è stato super accomodante e gentile nel darmi le informazioni e farmi sentire sicura e ben accolta. La stanza era spaziosa e pulita, fatto salvo un paio di cuscini. Il bagno anche molto pulito e con acqua calda. Letto comodo, ottima colazione. Buona anche la cena anche se con attesa decisamente troppo lunga (anche un'ora) visto che i posti venivano preparati altrove. Complessivamente lo consiglio, con 10min.di camminata si arriva...

“Liked that the kitchen was able to prepare food as per my needs. The front desk was very cordial, he checked on my calling a few times about my expected check in time. However, the room condition was terrible. 1. The bed cover was filthy with stains all over 2. Fridge was smelling bad. 3. AC vent was smelling If I had the option to attached bed cover picture I’d do so to validate my feedback. ”

“The hotel was great value for money. £25 per night for a clean room and comfy bed was a bargain. Staff were eager to help. The only downside was the that shower was running cold.water most of the time. I actually prefered that in the heat, but it could be an inconvenience for some.”
