“Parking felt safe, the staff at the front desk was always very nice and helpful, inly complaint was we stayed 9 days and not one time did room service come to change out sheets on the bed and had to actually ask one of the room service ladies for a couple of new towels.”

“Hotel was under construction, my first room assigned to me smelled reallly bad of animal urine; I told the front desk, no way I can stay in there; so they put me in a suite which had a floor and there was no smell in there so was ok but front desk acted like it was a chore to do.”

“Perfect for our stay of less than 12 hours. Great breakfast! At check-in, they offered us a carpeted room or a non-carpeted room. It was nice to have the choice. Clean, basic accommodations.”

“The lake view was the only nice thing. Room had nothin. A bed and small table with chair. No phone to contact office, no fan, no TV, no refrigerator, no internet / WiFi, no in-room bathroom, no sink, no mirror, a detached head board, two flat pillows looked already used.”

“Unfortunately I can not leave a good review for this hotel.. although the staff were excellent, the conditions of the hotel were terrible. The hallways smelled horrible and were not clean. Our room was disgusting the floors and bathroom… I had to ask the staff for a broom and mop and after having to wash the mop like 10 times I was able to use it. Once I started cleaning the hotel room floor I had to change the water like 3 times because it was that dirty... Breakfast was not that great and...

“So let me start by saying we've stayed at this hotel in the past , this year the up keep and cleanliness was horrible, the bathroom was disgusting dirty had prints around the light switches and most disgusting was a dry booger on the walk (nasty people) the room smelled stale , to top it off we got stuck in the elevator with 4 other people and is was HOT and the emergency phone to call the front was a cheap Walmart phone that didn't work!! , I was forced to call my friend who was waiting...
