“My phone number was not set when I arrived. I responded to a request for my number via Expedia. I also call to speak with someone to make sure they had what they needed. I got voice mail and left a detailed message about my arrival and my phone number. When I arrived the lock was not programmed to the last 4 digits of my phone number.
