“Was never able to check in because I lost my identification due to domestic violence and I tried multiple times to try to check in and was told I couldn’t with my 11 year old daughter that were fleeing domestic violence and I have emergency custody..that being said I have been trying to get a refund that this was all the money I had left and still no refund me and my daughter been on the street for 3 days now..worst experience ever can’t believe how I was told a week ago I’d have my refund in 24...

“The house was very clean and the areas was quiet too. We had a nice spot to park the car. The staff was calling and checking on me if I didn’t have any issues with the check in. They were available all the time. The only thing we will need next time if possible is the washer and dryer and extra towels because we were 5 and only got 3 towels. But overall we enjoyed the stays.”
