“This is a budget motel, so expectations should be adjusted accordingly. The room had the usual budget motel musty smell. The shower stall is small. But on the positive side, the room had a couch, a dining table, and the table settings needed to have breakfast in the room. The heater worked well, as did the available blankets.”

“We had a lovely stay at the Kyah Hotel. The room was clean and well‑maintained, and the staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our visit. It’s a great place for families with young children. My daughter especially loved having access to the tennis court and had a fantastic time playing. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast selection, as the options were a bit limited. Expanding the variety would make the experience even better. “Great location and the cottage was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.”

“Room was not cleaned, there was spider cobwebs under TV unit, bathroom. Floor was dirty with dirt and gum was stuck on the floor under the bed. Lizard was there in the bathroom. Other than that there was no issue. ”

“Clean spacioous room. Bar fridge, microwave, tea and coffee station, large tv with foxtel and a king bed that was very comfortable. We didn't use the a/c. Spa bath and shower in one . Not suitable for anyone with a disability. ”
