I loved the property so much that I actually cancelled my full day excursion so I could have more time at the property. “Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Rooms were well maintained and had an authentic feel, although the shower was a bit difficult to keep at a consistent temperature. Beds were comfy. Pool was a bit chilly. The location was a bit of a drive from Arenal and La Fortuna, so I was glad that we had rented a vehicle to get around. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would certainly recommend to others...

Ma la cosa eccezionale sono le sue piscine idromassaggio con acqua termale calda in mezzo ai giardini tripicali!! Dopo un treking giornaliero attorno al vulcano Arenal rilassarsi in queste piscine e' top!!! Consiglio a tutti”

“We had the room with the private pool this time, and let me tell you it was gorgeous!! The pool could use a little updating, but the property is under new ownership and they are renovating everything. When we got there we were told they were giving us a free tour at the hanging bridges… we’ve been to La Fortuna many times, but had never done this activity. This is a DO NOT MISS location! We saw so many birds, a coati, 5 different eyelash vipers, blue jean frogs, etc. I highly recommend...

“Quest'hotel è molto bello, nel cuore del parco dell'Arenal (l'unico). Le camera spaziose e compde, vista sul verde. Passeggiata di 2 ore inclusa, colazione inclusa e piscina anche. Il riatorante ha la vista sul volcan e si mangia bene. ”

“There was an issue the first night. Electrical issues forced us to transfer to another local, unaffiliated property...which was not at the level of comfort and amenities we expected or had paid for. That said, the hotel went out of its way to correct the issue, first by upgrading our rooms, then reaching a mutually agreeable price correction. All in all, a great stay!
