“First, the apartment was NOT ready. Communication with the company Wynwood was terrible. they made me wait for 2 hours to finally gave me a different place. The customer service is terrible, someone answers when they want and you dont really know who you are talking to. I would rate this customer service as the worst I ever dealt with.”

“Pros: Perfect location in Miraflores! We loved that the apartment was within walking distance of restaurants, groceries, and the Malecon. Very handy having the washing machine on site. Bathroom was a nice size and very clean. King bed was comfortable. Lots of bedroom storage. Cons: Never did figure out the wifi. 2 bath towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper for over a 2 week stay. No hand soap, no dish soap (we left the bottle we bought), and no laundry soap (we brought our own). Not sure when...

“Plenty of space for our family of 6. Safe, and clean. A few more towels would have been helpful, or a towel warmer to dry them out after use. Humid environment meant nothing dries very well Loved the washer/dryer machine”
