Hotel a Lisynychi

“This is the second stay at Ramada Lviv.. but this second time we didn't received the service we aspected for this Hotel. We booked a triple room requesting a cot instead of the additional bed as we where 2 ad + 1 baby 2 yld. The morning of the date of arrival we also called the hotel to check if the cot was in, and they said OK. At arrival time cot was not in the room, and no cots where available..
