“I have only good words for this hotel. Everything was fine (check-in & check-out, location, cleanliness, room service and room area, reception staff). I must recommend Rius Hotel to everyone, and surely it will be my first choice for my next Lviv stay. I cannot evaluate the annex restaurant (where breakfast is served), as I didn't enjoy this service: by the way, having an annex restaurant is very useful in case of need. I left my written congratulations on the reception guest book too”

We booked a triple room requesting a cot instead of the additional bed as we where 2 ad + 1 baby 2 yld. The morning of the date of arrival we also called the hotel to check if the cot was in, and they said OK. At arrival time cot was not in the room, and no cots where available..
