“There was a nice variety of breakfast foods. The tables, counter, and floor were kept very clean. The room was very comfortable.”

“The room I was in, on the 1st floor, the room darkening curtains would not close. Called the front desk and was told to pull them closed. Still didn’t close. Luckily I had an item of clothing I could use to cover up. It was ridiculous they couldn’t find anything else to fix it. And the lights on the desk didn’t work either. I didn’t even report that.”

“Room was very dirty and when we showed pictures to the front desk agent, they seemed very unconcern and offered merely to move us to a different room, which I'm sure would not have been much cleaner. We really wanted a discount or an extra night added to our stay. Whole time we were treated with a very dismissive attitude as though we were in a budget hotel, and couldn't expect more than pubic hairs on the toilet, dirty Q-tips on the floor, a broken hair dryer, broken clothes hangers, half empty...

“Room and bathroom were clean, bed was not that comfortable. It was too firm for my liking. Door key cards were a pain, I had issues every time I tried to use and had to have reset twice during a two night stay. Breakfast was what you would expect. Parking was easy.”

“They let me check in before 3pm and when my flight was cancelled, the person at the front desk was so nice, professional, and helpful. She extended my stay for a day even though I went through Expedia, she gave me the same price. And the hotel was quiet.”

“There was no phone in the room and after asking to get on the first day, they never brought one. They never informed us about no housekeeping services until the end of trip. They said if we wanted to get the room clean we had to request and after requesting the next morning before leaving the hotel, they didn’t clean when we returned the reason was that we had to request it a day before. Did not provide a receipt because we booked through Expedia. Which is crazy because I worked in hotel front...
