“In passaggio verso la florida, ci siamo fermati in questo Quality Inn in quanto l'esperienza al precedente Economy Inn era stata disastrosa, mentre il Quality Inn di qualche sera prima era decente. Siamo stati positivamente sorpresi in quanto questo hotel ha anche una piccola, ma pulita, piscina e una colazione migliore del precedente "Quality". Pulite le camere, decente il wifi.”

“Nice location and secure. The room met our expectations. While it was obvious that staff existed, they were not actually seen. We checked in and out via a kiosk, which offered no problem. The room was in excellent condition. A chair was obviously old, dingy, and had the look that a cat had used it. It was a convenient pet-friendly environment (no issues for our dog!). “We love the location and usually have a great experience here. However, this time, the room was pretty run down. The blackout curtains were cracked and broken, pillows were super lumpy and uncomfortable and bathroom towels were very threadbare. Just seems like they need to do some updates to the linens and rooms.”

“We stay there for our son graduation at parris island the drive is not bad the place was clean staff was very friendly. As a suggestion since many of us stay there for Marine corps graduation and it will be nice to change the breakfast schedule from 5 to 9am on Thursdays family day.”

“We had a delightful stay. The Inn is within easy walking distance from restaurants and a lovely town park, and it has lovely views of the inlet. The building itself is gorgeous and our room was delightfully furnished, decorated, and appointed. The staff were kind and attentive. Excellent experience!”

“They cancelled the reservation and would not tell me why. I wrote to the Hotel asking why they cancelled and they directed me to call them. When I DID call the number they gave me, to ask why they cancelled, a man demeaned and belittled my concern and told me to take it up with the third party company I booked with to tell me why the HOTEL itself cancelled my reservation. After explaining the hotel directed me to call that number specifically he interrupted me multiple times telling me he...

“Inexpensive, clean - what’s not to like? The only issue was that the pool was not functioning.”

“It was a unique experience that I would receive messages asking if I was ok and if I needed anything. I asked for a mug so I can make tea and a few minutes later, I received it. The room was very spacious.”

“Mold everywhere, on the ceiling, under the mattress, condom boxes laying around, food stuck to the wall in the rooms. And this was two different rooms that I checked out and ended up getting a refund instead of staying here. The health department should shut this place down.”
