“The hotel is, overall, old. Cleanliness is poor. The room is cleaned occasionally, and only after strong insistence at the reception, despite the hotel website stating the daily housekeeping of rooms. The staff is not friendly and inefficient. The room rate is too high for the offered service. ”

“3 notti check in lungo e laborioso, volevano indirizzo di casa e la mia mail oltre al passaporto ed alla prenotazione, wi-fi solo il primo giorno, al terzo ho chiesto se c'erano problemi e mi hanno dato da chiamare un numero, poco collaborativi, colazione inesistente, nessuno ha mai fatto la camera, da pensarci prima di andare visto poi che il costo non è così basso”

“Everything was super clean. Matt was super nice and helpful to make sure my stay was easy and stress free! It’s a great location to be close to local attractions and easily commutable to Cincinnati! ”

“Overall fine. Windows in room were filthy but the room itself was clean. The bathrooms are tiny with no place to put your things. For the price, a decent value.”

“Lovely hotel. Spacious bedroom with excellent shower and we appreciated the games in the room. The nicest mid-west hotel we’ve stayed in. Staff were very pleasant and communal areas really nice and smelt amazing. Restaurant was breakfast was excellent.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. Brandon at the front desk was excellent, courteous, and made sure the one hiccup we had was corrected immediately. The beds were comfy and provided a good nights rest. Great location with easy walking access to many things. If I’m ever in the area again, I would definitely stay here.”

“The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...

“We stayed her to attend Refs/Braves game. They had valet parking which was nice, being downtown. The Staff was the most friendly staff ever, rooms were very clean and nice, gym had the necessities, breakfast was great that was included and so many places to eat and shop on same street! Definitely recommend!”

“Nice small boutique hotel with a old world style and furnishings. My room was small, but well appointed. Only wish the shower was nicer. Well located in the historic Over-The-Rhine neighborhood.”

“One of the elevator room key sensor was vandalized , hanging from the elevator wall inside. Notified to the Hotel parking attendant. He did not really care.”

“Ice machine was out on like 3 floors both above and below me, other than that everything was great!”

“Check in was supposed to be after three PM, but we didn’t get a room until four thirty PM. The rooms appeared to be pre assigned. Someone one we know got a room immediately after they got a room that had not been cleaned. So there was available cleaned rooms, but the staff made us wait. Liked proximity to the Great American ball park.”
