“Unless you enjoy solving a maze to find your hotel and sleeping in a room without a single straight wall, I’d skip this one. This Marriott property feels very dated, from the old towels to the strange 'artistic' room design that leaves the TV in a complete no-man's-land between the bed and sofa. To top it off, you practically need a step-stool to reach the shower gel if you’re under 5'5". Definitely not the quality I expected”

“Room was unclean upon arrival but decided to stick with it. Later when laying in bed i found a LARGE cockroach crawling on the floor. about 3 inches in length. Immediately took a video and went to the front desk staff who was unhelpful. Decided to leave the hotel after that. Expedia was extremely useful to get a refund and video evidence helped.”

“The same breakfast for the four days. My room was cleaned only once during my four-day stay, after I requested it. The ice tray appears not to have been cleaned for many months.”

“The whole place smells like mold and ammonia. The elevator is shaky and scary and we had a two day reservation but once we saw the rooms the hand towels had a booger and hair on it. The sink had shaving clippings. We left immediately. We did not even attempt to get our money back…. Just left. It was a bummer because the guy at the desk was very nice but we couldn’t do it. ”

“Everything in the room was available, however there was stagnant water in the dish washer. I ran it to clean it out. The shower would also have issues draining while the water ran to bath. The telephone did not work so not able to use. Towels and bed linens didn't seem clean so I laundered them. Which leads to the laundry/weight room. A great touch to take care of anything that needs attention to be washed and get in a little workout in while you wait.”

“When we first arrived we were greeted with bad news. Although the front desk lady was extremely helpful and friendly, she had to give the bad new that our room was not available. Thanks to the corporate not giving her acces to the hotel inventory. In my opinion she should have complete access in order to fo her job accordingly right? So then she gave us 2 rooms to accommodate us no problem i was too tired to try to find another hotel. Once we get to our room the toilet looked like it had been...

“Check in wasn’t to bad. I got stuck in the second building. The 1st door is broken so u couldn’t enter through it. The second door was also broken but it didn’t lock. The whole building smelled of drugs. In our room cabinet doors were hanging the shower was filthy. The hotel isn’t built great. You can hear everyone walking above you. The second building has no ice machine no vending machine which is crazy for a hotel. Hotel staff came knocking on the door at 9am asking when we leaving because...
