This was by far the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced, especially considering this was my first time visiting Dallas. I was already stressed because my flight home was canceled due to weather, and I had no choice but to book a last-minute stay here. Unfortunately, the way I was treated made the situation even worse.
I suffer from severe anemia and get cold very easily. When I asked for an extra blanket, I was told I needed to bring the one I was already using down to the front desk to exchange it. What I had on the bed wasn’t even a blanket — it was just a thin sheet. Instead of accommodating a simple request, they made it unnecessarily difficult.
When I asked for fresh towels, I was again told I had to bring my soiled towels down to the front desk before receiving clean ones. Being expected to carry dirty towels through the hotel felt humiliating and extremely uncomfortable. It honestly made me feel as though I was being treated differently or looked down upon.
As a paying guest who was already dealing with travel issues, I expected basic courtesy and hospitality. Sadly, that was not my experience here. I would not recommend staying here based on how I was treated.
