Hotel a Mactaquac

“Musty, damp, chemical overkill with scented either industrial spray or detergent just awful. AC does not work front desk wasn’t reachable. Never again not as pictured. No soap. Just skip it.”

“The hot tub was not working while we were there. That was one of the biggest reasons we booked that one. Had trouble with the key cards and TV as well( both were fixed quickly). It was convenient for what we wanted. Could use some updating.”

“I didn't realize I'd have an entire floor of the house to myself! Plenty of food for breakfast, great location and beautiful property! I had a restful night's sleep. The owners were very nice and helpful.”

“Tge property has been renovated, however... what is portrayed on the Expedia website is not at all like what the room looks like. The picture on the website shows French doors leading into the bedroom... No French doors. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the man next door blowing his nose. Also, everything is new but the towels and the bathtub. The shampoo leaked out into the tub making it very slippery. The shower curtains are old, and appear weathered and dirty.”

“This hotel was clean. Easy to get to off the highway. Nice pool. The water was a bit cold but the pool was clean. The hot tub needs a good overhaul. Many tiles broken. The liner is lifting and there was a sharp spot on the bottom where I cut my heel. The staff were friendly. Lots of parking. Complimentary breakfast was nice to”

“This is an older hotel so keep your expectations in line with the price you are paying! This is the second yr we stayed here and will be back next year. Lots of parking, a lovely common kitchen available with coffee/tea, nice size clean rooms, good location and wonderful front desk assistance.”

“The hotel restaurant’s server very inattentive, never came back to ask how our meal was and the baby back ribs served had grissol on the rack . Service was also extremely slow in the dining room that night.”
