“Although the unit is small, it has everything you could want for 2 people. All windows look out on Lake Superior. There’s patio furniture just outside too. Entry is with 2 keypads. It’s near great parks and also near two good places to eat and a gas station and a small grocery store. Great location on the North Shore!”

“The room was lovely. There were big, open windows looking over the snowy neighborhood. The bed was comfy. The room was spotless. We enjoyed sitting in the indoor hot tub a few evenings. The breakfast was well-stocked, clean, and yummy. There was an attendant at breakfast both mornings. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. ”

“Lovely historic hotel with modern amenities in the heart of a small town on the river front. Once checked in I could have all of my needs met by foot! A nice brewery, restaurants and the river front all within a mile. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever enjoyed in a hotel. Hours are spotty, but I did get to enjoy both the basement Speakeasy as well as the dining room for breakfast. Wonderful stay overall.”
