“Wonderful resort. Fun amenities like water park bowling and arcade. We go every year and love it. The new Buffalo Tower is very nice”

“The room was spacious but lighting was dim. Vanity mirror was too dim. The bed mattress was stiff and uncomfortable. The couch was missing the back cushions. The staff didn’t clean the room, replace the towels, or empty the garbage the whole time we were there.”

“There was no one at 5:30-6pm to check in. There was a note to call and someone did answer but seems very odd. Once in the room, discovered the refrigerator was full of water, there was chinese food leftover from a previous guest, there was what looked like a blood stain by the door (they did reply saying it was polish), there was a stain on the bedroom sheets on one bed, the vent in the bathroom was rattling terrible. The cart to bring luggage to the room was not working properly, the wheels...

“Nice staff. It’s much easier for our family to have the sink outside the toilet area and they don’t have that, but it was a nice hotel. Breakfast had lots of options! Heard the trains couple times, but would stay here again.”

“Was ok nothing special. Pool was to cool n lighting in pool area was not great. Had to go ask for towels at front desk. Issue after check out with payment still fighting with and nobody getting back to me about. Several emails and a few calls in already with no refund yet. Will look at different place next visit to red wing if not resolved today”

“The room was large and the king size bed so comfortable. It was very clean and the bathroom was the biggest of any motel we have stayed at!! The breakfast was also excellent.”
